About the event

Our unique 45-minute circuit of high-intensity interval training combines cardio and resistance exercises to burn up to 1,000 calories per class. With your mates by your side you’ll enjoy every minute, and our Coach is there to support you the whole way!

What to bring?

Water bottle, workout clothes and a sense of humor! We provide towels, water bubbler and jokes 😉

Street parking available, arrive 5-minutes early to check in. First time visitors will need to create their account and sign a waiver upon arrival, so please arrive early enough as once the class starts, late attendees are unable to join in.
