Hot Yoga

About the event

Authentic Yoga is hosting a free sober Vinyasa Flow hot yoga class. Lead by Yoga Alliance certified instructors come and experience and intense mind and body exercise. The class is designed for people with active lifestyle to build mobility and strength.

What to bring?

Everything will be provided if needed. You are more than welcome to bring your own mat and towel if wanted.

Special instructions

Please be on time to respect the rest of the participants. Class is one hour and the room is heated to roughly 104 degrees. The instructors name is Amanda Mendez
